Some nights call for ALL the roasted veggies! So simple, so filling, and packed with tons of vitas and minerals 🙌🏼 For this, we chopped up red potatoes, tricolored carrots, broccoli, brussel sprouts, and green beans.
1. Wash and chop
2. Place in a large bowl
3. Add 3 tbsp of EVOO
4. Add seasonings: paprika, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, and lemon pepper
5. Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake at 375F for 40 minutes
6. Plate and devour!
