#FarrahFact: When your team has a no-hitter call day, you as the upper-level resident bring treats the next day. A "no-hitter" in internal medicine means you actually admitted no one from the ED during your call. Not even a consult from another service. I mean, unicorns happen every once in a while, because this is RARE at a busy, Level 1 stroke/trauma/critical care hospital!
Here's a pic before the damage. Amazing call day yesterday which allowed us to get many procedures done and effectively manage our patient census. Prepared case went well today, too. Amazing Friday.
Oh and let it be known. I'm still #ATLien all day. I still adore Krispy Kreme. Dunkin Donuts was closer on my way in today, but they actually aren't half bad. There. I said it. 🍩
