My friends, always trying to see motivation for you: it can be actions of people, it can be people themselves. In this time Max was my motivation. I've tried new excercise for me - climb a rope with 35 pounds weight and doing a pull-up. It was not simple and was very unusual for me. Just try something new and don't stop on what you have.💪

Absolutely loved this 😂. I absolutely HATE running. Yet when I used to "diet" this is what I thought would help me shed the pounds. 🙅🏽 How wrong was I? 🤦🏽‍♀️. I lost my weight, maintained it and got stronger without running. I always say to clients, when they join Body Plot, that the workout you do needs to be something you ENJOY! May that be dancing, boxing, HIIT or otherwise. So today, as you decide on your plans and goals for this week, make a workout schedule, decide what you enjoy doing and stick to it!!!
