Pretty much been running around all day doing everything from painting to cleaning to washing clothes to hardcore (architecture) garden work to working out to cooking etc. etc. ... 🤪😅

Did today’s TM’s and a Core Crusher routine from the #niketrainingclub app (=ab burrrrn 🔥🔥) aaand managed to squeeze in a 30min walk too ✅ .
Not exactly a lot for my normal standard, but all the painting and gardening didn’t leave a lot time for more 🤷🏽‍♀️ - also managed to listen to 4 podcasts on health, productivity and beauty while doing all of the above 🤣

SO many things going on these days, seriously! 👀 Stuff happening all over! There are SO many birthdays in September. Also have a wedding this Saturday 👰🏻💕 - my loved aunt’s wedding, which I’ve helped with (and still am), had our 5 year wedding anniversary the other day and started working a bit on the house again... in other words: I’m a busy bee 🐝😂

Also, the #31daychallenge from @toneitup it just around the corner! 🎃

I’m looking pretty toned these days, but my main #goals for the fall challenge is to get stronger, faster and a bit more toned 💯

Also: had #tacos for dinner today 🌮- so pretty much winning at life. Right? 😂

These cute little double unders were a result of frustration from repeated failures, scaling one leg of the workout and losing out on points on the score board just because I couldn’t skip a damn rope twice in one jump. BUT I FINALLY DID IT!!!!!
P.S: Can almost hear Vu screaming ‘Stop arching your back’ in the background 😂
