6 am. Warming up my arms this morning before teaching my cardio Pilates class at @speirpilates . Some days it’s so hard to wake up early. But this week I’ve made the choice to open my eyes and say out loud “Today is gonna be a good day. Can’t wait to see what happens.” That simple action has given me so much more energy and curiosity the moment I wake up. Because of this, I’ve been more energetic for my clients and paid attention more to the small daily blessings. Like this morning, when my partner @happierdad called to tell me how grateful he is that we’re together. So simple yet so profound if you pay attention. Count your blessings my friends. Today is gonna be a good day. Can’t wait to see what happens. Say it OUT LOUD. Boy things sure have changed...thank goodness 🙏🏼 I have always been really into fitness and sports. ⛹🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️🏊🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️Growing up I was ALWAYS active but also ate whatever I wanted! 🍪🍫🍩🎂🍰Once I got to college I swam competitively and I first found the weight room! 🏋🏼‍♀️🏊🏼‍♀️In college I did not take care of myself! I would eat whatever I wanted, 🍩🎂🍰go out and drink 🥂🍻🍾and train hard!🏊🏼‍♀️ I don’t know how my body survived! Haha! 😂 It was college. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The funny part was I thought I was in amazing shape then! 🤦🏼‍♀️Now fitness and nutrition have become a huge part of my life and I couldn’t be more thankful! 🙌🏽I found CrossFit and learned how to properly fuel and take care of my body! 💪🏼 Your body is capable of amazing things and you only have one body...take care of it! 👊🏼💪🏼

To dla mnie żadna wymówka - w drugiej połowie dnia wpadnie trening w domu 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ Nie potrzebujesz ani sprzętu, ani nic innego, żeby wykonać skuteczny trening! 🎈 Ćwiczenia z obciążeniem własnego ciała są dobre nie tylko dla początkujących, ale i dla zaawansowanych. Zmiana pozycji/kąta, dodanie skoków i przeskoków albo wydłużenie czasu ćwiczenia sprawi, że będzie skuteczne także dla starych wyjadaczy.
🎈 Jeśli wykonany trening o wysokiej intensywności, może to być miła odmiana od ćwiczeń na siłowni czy biegania.
🎈Z kolei jeśli dodamy dużą liczbę powtórzeń i ruch pulsacyjny, to popracujemy nad wytrzymałością mięśni i nad ujędrnieniem ciała.
