Figured I’d get personal and let ya know a little about my training and what’s new with me.
Weight lifting 6 days/week, getting into a better routine of doing cardio (about 3x/week), still not tracking nutrition but definitely getting back on it with eating more. High protein, balanced carbs and some fats! Still trying to grow and make time for myself - still needing to prep for my shoot for my website.
Ultimately, lots coming up!
I’m moving in three weeks, I’m doing a New Years Resolution challenge and giveaways with Team HDP, launching my website, creating apparel and making GAINS! I’d like to make more time for friends and family, while taking care of my clients and myself, too!
Ending out the year strong, and starting the new year even stronger.
So excited for the future and what I have planned. Living life to the fullest and working hard! Who says you can’t do both?!
