And with that week 1 of this amazing programs workouts are complete! Leg day is my fav by far and that workout was insane! My legs are toast and walking down to the laundry room is not an easy task!! I’m absolutely loving that this program is 4!hard days a week and 3 rest days! Looking forward to resting my muscles this weekend and hitting week 2 hard!

At the gym today I was asked by 3 different people if I am training for the Big Cat Classic—and the answer is yes I am!! I am so excited! This was the show I went to last year with my girl @elsalvati! The women on stage inspired me so much so that I decided to start my own fitness journey into the sport of body building! And now I’ll be stepping on that stage in 11 week’s stronger and fitter than ever thanks to @abfitt_ifbbpro

Marry your best friend- I don’t say that lightly. Really, find the strongest, happiest friendship in the person you fall in love with. Someone who speaks highly of you. Most importantly, marry the one that makes passion, love and madness combine and course through you. A love that will never dilute- even when the waters get deep and dark. What does your fitness mean to you?

Are you hitting the gym with intention to better yourself, become healthier, get in in better shape?

Or are you just going to the gym because you think you “should” ?

If you think you can go to the gym and see results by half assing it, or not having a plan ... you should just go grub out on some happy meals at McDonald because you won’t see the fucking results.

You have to be committed to the journey. This is a lifestyle. It is not a fad or a diet for the body. Thinking that will make you fail.

Change your mindset and become dedicated to the process. Become in love with the work. Be smart with what you lift, and you will see results faster and better then any other way.

If anyone tells you any different .. snack then in the damn face. You get your results through dedication, persistence and patience.
