For anyone considering competition, there’s something to consider. This sport requires you to have the ability to be a bit obsessive. It isn’t just losing a lot of weight, it’s getting to what my Coach calls “elite levels of body fat”. It isn’t getting in shape, it’s literally building your best body for presentation. 🔹
We’re on vacation, and it’s hard to be like “sorry, I have to take a break from sitting and chatting to run” because I have 22 days to bring my best package. It’s a body that is so used to routine that you wake up at 3am in a new time zone ready to rock. It’s packing every bite of food and passing over glasses of wine (even after you could use one after flying all day 😭). 🔹
I like the extreme. I want to do my very best. I mean if we’re being real, I’m not going through all of this to not win first place and fight for an overall, I want to sweep this damn show. If you aren’t fighting for the very top, are you even that committed to it? I am so very ready to #CRUSHIT 🔹
