Ohhh yea, here is my class circuit from yesterday, y'all requested it so here it is⤵️: ▫️Banded deadlifts ▫️Box jumps ▫️Banded hip thrusts ▫️Dumbbell Bicep curl to overhead press ▫️Banded lateral walks ▫️Dumbbell bent over row to tricep extension ▫️In and out box jumps ▫️Banded plank jacks ▫️Dumbbell front to side raise ▫️Banded squat to kickback On the minute 45 sec on // 15 sec off Finish the circuit, take 3 minute break and repeat 3x. This is a no excuses workout - only 40 minutes💪!!
