Regular exercise doesn’t only help to get you physically fit but it also dramatically improves your mental fitness.
Not only do you become more stronger in your skeletal muscles your brain becomes stronger. When I don’t exercise I find myself to not only feel sluggish but my mental health is also negatively effected for me this means lack of body confidence and “feeling fat”. I literally get a buzz out of exercise and know matter how tired I am it can always lift my spirit. The blood flow to the Brain during exercise means greater stimulation and oxygen delivery which will help in all areas of your day including concentration, learning and thought processing.
