🌮 HIGH PROTEIN WRAP 🌮
Remind me of my mom packing chapati & jam for school. But this one has loads of protein. Gotta keep dem gains, nomsayin?
- 2 boneless Skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground Black pepper
- 6 Tbsp Vinaigrette dressing
- 2 roti/chapati/tortillas
- 3/4 cup hummus
- 3 cups chopped lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
- Feta cheese/paneer, crumbled
1.Brush chicken breasts lightly with about 1 Tbsp olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill chicken.
2.Transfer to a plate, let rest 10 minutes then dice into cubes. Transfer chicken to a bowl, pour vinaigrette over chicken and toss to evenly coat.
3. To assemble wraps, spread about 3 Tbsp hummus over each chapati/roti/tortillas, top with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese/paneer and wrap.
PERFECT post-workout snack!👌🏼..Wait, you can also try this with left over chicken too 😍👌🏼
