CALL ME BY YOUR NAME (2017)
dir: Luca Guadagnino
"call me by your name and i'll call you by mine" is the most memorable quote of the movie. The story so simple about two young guys falling in love in italian summer but it's more than that. It's not only about love, passion, and romance. It's also about acceptance, embracement, and support. Call Me By Your Name is so much have important and inspirational messages in it. This is why it differs than any other LGBTQ movies
Timothèe Chalamet and Armie Hammer's on screen chemistry is great. Timmy gave his performances of the year and deserves win the oscar.
Armie Hammer is good looking and also great.
Michael Stuhlbarg omg, his monologue to elio in the end is the most beautiful things and monologues i've ever seen. Such powerful messages. i cried, so emotional. Anyway, Michael Stuhlbarg gives a superb performance, deserves get nomination for supporting role at the oscar.
Luca Guadagnino is an amazing director. I loved the way he shots every moments of movie. The cinematography is so stunning, as well as great direction. Good job Luca!
And the soundtrack is so good. Sufja Stevens's songs just gave us the feels. Mystery of Love and Visions of Gideon are combo packs (you can listen both songs before & after of this post). Mystery of Love is my favorite song of the year
It's beautiful, sensual, and heartbreaking coming-of-age movie. I watched like three times, and still can't got over. Definitely, my favorite movie of 2k17 and favorite movies of all time after The Perks of Being a Wallflower (2012). Rated: 11 out of 10
