Workout deets: 🏋🏽‍♂️ 7 exercises
🏋🏽‍♂️ 60sec each exercise followed by 60sec cardio (I chose skipping) 🏋🏽‍♂️Alternate all the way through the 7 exercises to make 14 mins work 🏋🏽‍♂️ Rest 1-2 min
🏋🏽‍♂️ Repeat for total of 2 sets (30 mins)

Hey friends - you can use these plates in other ways besides throwing them on barbells 💪 Try throwing these 2 moves into a #fullbody workout!
1. Plate squat with chest press at the bottom - 8-10 reps.
2. Plate bent over rows - 8-12 reps.

When I dip you dip we dip! Love this move for my core and upper body finisher. A modification is to eliminate the dip and just raise the legs up, using the stability ball just makes it even more extra!
