“Your only limit is you.” 🦄🌈 I have been so tired and sore all week, and I reallllly didn’t want to do the workout I had planned for today. In fact, I almost talked myself into taking it down a few notches and doing an easier workout, but I’m SO glad I that I followed through. Planning my runs for the week and posting them to IG has really helped me hold myself accountable. I used to roll out of bed and run 3 miles a day at whatever pace I was feeling, and the craziest part is, I was frustrated that I wasn’t getting any stronger or faster. I basically wanted to improve without putting in the work. Now that my runs have purpose, and I have set big goals along with mini milestones for myself, I have seen tons of improvement in my overall performance and have shaved time off my race pace. Gotta work harder than the rest if you expect to beat them to the finish line. 😜 workout below:

400m X 4 (paces 6:40, 6:35, 6:35, 6:35)
200m X 6 (paces 6:27, 6:27, 6:27, 6:22, 6:22, 6:22)
Active recovery in between for a total of 5 miles.
