Is it just me, or is summer time the ABSOLUTE hardest time to stay on track with decent nutrition??? Eating out, going out with friends, staying at the lake every weekend...it all adds up!
My daughter's wedding is 3 months away, so it's time for me to get back on track!! What about you??? Have you fallen off the wagon? Do you need a little kick in the pants? Time to get back on the wagon?
