I’ve basically cut out caffeine 5 days a week • I can’t believe it • it’s like when I am super-focused on removing something I feel overwhelmed, over-focused & then I typically fail • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If I think about & come to the conclusion that I need to do something, accept it & don’t put too much stress on it • it’s easier to gradually phase it out • my ENT recently said I should cut out most caffeine for a couple months to help my gut & acid reflux • at first I was NOT happy - aren’t I conscientious enough with my diet? But it hasn’t been bad • & although I now have a matcha//decaf coffee here and there - I’m not beating myself up about it & I can also tell I’m feeling better 🙌🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
