Sundays are my day off. That means a special breakfast is a must!
Now that I'm on an alkaline ketogenic diet, I have to make sure I am eating plenty of fat, protein and magnesium. Chocolate and chia seeds fit all those needs quite well! Here is my recipe for a truly delicious meal to begin your special day off right.
In the evening, mix thoroughly:
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp creamed coconut
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp filtered water
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch pink Himalayan sea salt
2 heaping pinches cacao powder
Store conjure overnight in your refrigerator.
In the morning:
Add 1/4 cup hot water and mix thoroughly.
Serve topped with cacao nibs, bee pollen + pink Himalayan sea salt and enjoy with your favorite tunes playing in the background.
