These are the effects of having 3 days of excess... Friday night , whole saturday and whole sunday I smoked, drank and ate like a motherfvcker. Drank beer, whiskey and vodka. Ate chilaquiles, burgers, chips and cookies, and smoke about 4 or 5 packs of cigarettes (along my girlfriend and 3 other friends).
Today i didn't train, i only did all of my meals, started fasting al 2100,and im gonna eat in about 5 hrs (0600). Tomorrow I have a gruesome #Legday and #abworkout, so... We'll see how that goes.
Diet matters and so does training, maybe I don't look that bad, but I feel different. But i did enjoy my weekend, and that's what is important... We have to enjoy life. Im a bodybuilder and I always will be, but I also date, drink, and party... I don't exceed on those things, for they affect my training, but i don't live in a cage. I live life hard... As hard as i train. I suggest you do the same.
