It’s been months since I’ve worked out consistently (seriously since before Dec 🙈) due to several reasons, life, lack of motivation, time, Tennis Elbow, etc.
Since I started with #THRIVE I’ve lost about 5 pounds (not really trying at this point) & I have only done a few workouts. But this product is helping me fill in my nutritional gaps, it’s helping my energy levels so I can keep up with this house remodel (which has us eating not so great more than I’d like to admit), hubby’s downtime, kids schedule, growing my business, a last minute trip to New Orleans, etc.
My digestion is back on track. I haven’t felt stressed out at all during all this. No more brain fog. Not surviving off coffee. My mood has been consistently good. I could keep going but you should really just try it yourself!
