This was completely out of the question in 2016 at the worst of my pain, and I would not have believed you if you showed me this picture in those dark days. Join me. I know, I'm always banging on about the importance of self care...and that's because it is probably one of the most important things you can do to if you want to feel good in your mind and body and to have the energy and focus that you need to do the work you want to put out into the world!

Devote as much of your Sunday to self-care as possible a d kick off the week feeling great!

Here are some things you might like to do today:
☁ Go cloud-watching. Lie on your back, relax, and watch the sky.
💆 Take a home spa. Have a long bath or shower, sit around in your bathrobe, and read magazines.
😪 Be still. Sit somewhere green, and be quiet for a few minutes.
😂 Goof around for a bit. Enjoy five minutes of “play” (non-directed activity) several times throughout your day
☀Get fifteen minutes of sun, especially if you’re in a cold climate.
