Let me ask you this: Have you ever put off cleaning up a cluttered closet for wayyyy too long before you finally bit the bullet? Why? Because you knew you were going to make things messier before that closet was going to look and feel like an organized masterpiece again. You have to pull all the shit out first. .....
Often, the same principle is true for your body. If you are eating a SAD diet with bad habits and need to cut back on caffeine, sugar, alcohol, or processed foods to reach your goals, than that fear is probably valid. Yep, I did just say that! Things very likely will get a bit harder before you feel like you’re walking on clouds and sunshine. ......
❓❓Does that mean you shouldn’t get started? Hell no❗️❗️ ✅Just like your closet is only ever going to get clean after you pull out all the junk and declutter and reorganize, so too, your body is only going to feel fabulous and in sync once you go through the initial pain and frustration of pulling out all the junk from your diet.  You do it for the same reasons you pull out all the shit from your closet though. ✅ 😃You WILL feel better once it’s done. Trust yourself to stop putting off the work you must do in order to succeed in your health and fitness goals. You CAN handle it, and it’ll be soooo worth it when you feel confident and sexy strutting your stuff as nature intended you to! 💃

The increase in carbs this week has made me feel fuller and thicker.. training alot harder more intense but still don't know how I still got abs!! I been eating at 3000 + for about 3 weeks now. Weigh in on Saturday only time will tell !! .
Don't worry when they disappear which they will ... I'll still upload photos so you too can see how chubby I get 😂😂

Tip: carbs are not the enemy ... You need them all you have to DO is learn how to use them best ! Timing is very important and in my opinion simple carb or complex both are good carbs...no such thing as a bad carb .... unless your talking about refined sugar..... they are empty calories and the root of all evil!! 😂😂😂😂 😈😈
