I started calling these 20% days, inspired by @harto . . Checking off lists makes you feel powerful, productive, so I set a lot of 20% kind of goals. My motivation today is lower then it has been in the last few weeks. But that the one thing that helps me get going is having my tea and aloe. It’s comforting, it’s warm, it’s something that tastes good when nothing feels good. . I’m feeling like a fraud after posting my video, even though I said my depression isn’t over. I’m still trying to fight the monster everyday. I’m so happy to have some products that save me when my mood is low and my appetite is nonexistent and my energy is low. It’s a simple routine that I can stick to when routines go out the window. .
