10 COSAS ESCENCIALES EN TU COCINA PARA BAJAR TU PORCENTAJE DE GRASA: 👇😉
✨1. FRUTA A LA VISTA: Un estudio que los que tenían fruta en su cocina pesaron 6.5 kg que los que no, y los que tenían un refresco, cereal, o una galleta pesaron 13 Kg de más, respectivamente. FINALLY!!
Back on my program and back in the gym, almost at 100%. After getting two surgeries back to back I've had to take it easy on my body and let it rest for a bit.
One thing I can say is how amazing it feels to be back on a steady diet and training schedule.
Sitting around the house eating garbage and doing nothing took a pretty rough toll on my body, but it happens to the best of us.
Just remember your vision, why you started and how you picture the end state. Be patient, stick to the plan and get in the gym and kick fucking ass!

I’ve noticed some confusion in the comments of my past few posts on the topic of separating fats from carbs to improve insulin sensitivity and metabolic flexibility for a more favourable body composition.
.
🔵 - I personally consume a meal like eggs and avocado for breakfast if my training session is in the PM. Remember, I aim to ALWAYS consume carbohydrates in the peri-workout setting (pre, intra, post).
.
🔵 - now if I train in the morning then my last meal of the night will be eggs and avocado to limit carbohydrate intake away from the peri-workout setting.
.
🔵 - My intra-workout nutrition serves as my post-workout nutrition because I consume 25g of hydrolyzed whey and 50-75g carbs in the form of highly branched cyclic dextrin.
.
🔵 - This allows me the freedom to consume a higher fat, high carb meal post-workout because my nutrient timing needs have already been met.
.
🔵 - You’ll notice i’m also a fan of consuming some fats pre-workout with carbs to prolong the glucose release into the blood to limit energy crashes.👍🏼
