#mealmonday Some chicken and rice and veggies. I generally do my carb meal before I workout and just do the chicken and veggies for every other meal. I’ve also been playing with intermittent fasting and liking it so far. Some days are easier than other with it but at least I don’t have to worry about breakfast.
