Oops! I posted an ab and a plank challenge yesterday instead of a squat challenge! So here is the squat challenge! I totally encourage anyone and everyone to do this challenge with me! Especially if you think you can't do it. Prove to yourself how awesome your body is!
I've started these two 30 Day Challenges today! The first is an ab challenge, and the second is a squat challenge. I was initially going to do a 100 Squat a Day for 30 Days challenge, but when I decided to do the ab one at the same time, I thought it might be best to do this one instead, just so I don't burn myself out (and So my legs don't fall off in the first couple of days!) So since I was initially doing a 100/day squat challenge, I did 100 squats today, so tomorrow I will start on Day two!
