Starting to get back on the smoothies now that it's summer. This one's bad ass esp as a pre workout and the coffee adds a nice flavour to it. I had it an hr before leg day on the weekend and felt a noticeable difference in energy.
200ml almond milk, 100ml cold coffee, 10g cashews or almonds, 100g bananas/berries, 5g cacao nibs, 5g coconut oil, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt, 30g chocolate protein and a handful of ice.
Blend in a powerful blender and feel the rush 🙃🤤😋‼️
