I know I have touched on technique before with these babies BUT it's super important to refine so you maximise the rewards of this awesome movement. 🔹squeeze your legs to keep them straight 🔹clench your butt so your hips are stable and don't droop
🔹brace your midsection to support your back (imagine someone is about to tickle you)
🔹hand position is slightly outside shoulders
🔹elbows should tuck in more towards your ribcage NOT in line with your shoulders
🔹eyes slightly forward, watch your chin doesn't reach towards the floor

If you aren't yet mastering your technique, do your pushups elevated and work your way down. This is a WHOLE body exercise, don't miss out on the benefits. *the picture at the bottom is INCORRECT technique, notice hips and head dropped, support for the back is lost and strains the neck.
