#strengthtraining is important to running success (in my opinion) but doesn’t have to be complicated..I don’t even belong to a gym! I was a holdout for a long time but I’ve found now that strength training improves my running. It doesn’t always look pretty but it works! .
5 miles tonight after some strength training. Couldn't do more because my knee was acting up. While its still bugging me there has also been progress. I can bend my knee fully again... Slowly but I can bend it without feeling major pressure. One run at a time 👍🏃#chirunning#nightrun#runner
