Falling in to Fall, you may feel brain fog or have seasonal allergies. Try this move to fight fatigue and tease your mind! Also great for your legs and 🍑. Front leg bends back leg straightens as you lift arms.
Then switch, back knee bends as front leg straightens and elbows pull to the sides.
Repeat 10-12 times each leg.
