Here's what we made - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for this week:
1) 3 Large free range eggs + 3 pieces of bacon
2a) Slow cooked whole chicken with veggies
2b) Taco Salad to break up some of the protein-heavy lunches
3) Grilled sirloin cap with asparagus and broccoli
* Throw in a protein shake in the morning or mid-afternoon if you feel any cravings coming on.
