I've never been a weights person. It's just not my jam. I've always felt like my arms are so weak. So when I looked at my workout for the day and remembered it's 45 min of solid strength training...I'm not gonna lie....I cringed a little. But sometimes ya just gotta suck it up, remember you are stronger than you think, and push through. Ya may just finish that 45 min feeling 💪💪💪.
