Pahiyas Festival (The Philippines)
Pahiyas Festival is celebrated during the month of May in honor of #Lucban town’s patron saint San Isidro Labrador (the patron saint of farmers and laborers). The name of the festival comes from the Filipino term "hiyas”, which literally means "decor", referring to the use of crops to decorate the facades of the houses. There will be a lot of street dancing and you will be overwhelmed by the hospitality of the Lucban people.
