I regularly get questions about my "abs" from people asking what they can do to tone their mid-sections. 💪🏻 My answer is almost always met with disappointment when I say "DIET" .
You can do crunches and planks until you are blue in the face, but until the fat comes off of your belly, the abs will not show. 🤷🏻♀️ .
How do you lose fat? Simply put, you have to eat less calories than you burn. Which means, yes, you have to actually be mindful of what you put into your body. 🙌🏻 .
Working out for me (and I think for most people) is the easy part. Taking care of your nutrition is a whole other mountain to climb and most people don't think they can do it. I promise you YOU CAN.
