Who I am
Sometimes I feel stressed, scattered, worn down by all the demands on my life as a mother, wife, daughter, business owner, woman and I forget who I am. Sometimes I need pictures to bring me back to the feeling of who I am, and it helps me stay present while keeping my eyes on the goal. Take care of yourself, (winter will be back soon)
You must wake up to live out your dreams and free yourself of the nightmares. .. "Dealing with depression and anxiety, I've found myself rushing to sleep to try to escape the emotions. But I've often found the things I dream about are more terrifying than what is real and in front of me. Last night was a reminder of that. I woke up thanking God that what I had just dreamt wasn't reality. Be present and live for this moment. Hug your family. Eat lunch with a friend. Take a new class, and enjoy life.
