#HowToDoTheseJoints
#ReachingRearLunge Stand about one foot in front of the ball with your right knee bent, the top of your foot pressed all up into ball and shyt. Tuck those abs in tight. Keeping spine naturally straight and all that, hinge forward from your hips, bending your left leg as your right leg extends back, moving the ball away from your body and reach those arms forward. Drop dat ass as low as possible without rounding your back. Be sure to keep your left knee behind your toes and pointing straight forward as it bends. Return to starting position. Do 15 reps of the them joints and Repeat on opposite side.

Plank Dumbbell Row w/ Kick Out

Get that ass down into a pushup position with your hands gripping a pair of dumbbells; your hands should be slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, and your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart. Keeping your hips parallel to the floor #EngageThatDamnCore & #GlutesTight, bend your right elbow to pull the weight up toward the side of your body. Pause, then slowly return the weight to the floor and repeat with the left arm. Then Jump your feet up towards your side and kick back out to the starting plank position and repeat 2-3 sets of 10

Side Plank w/ Row

Position yourself next to a low cable machine (or attach a resistance band, with or without a handle, to a secure low object) and get that ass into a side plank position facing the cable. Grab the handle with your free hand, palm facing the floor. Brace your core and, without allowing your torso to lean forward or backward, pull the cable until it's at or near the side of your rib cage. #PullThatShytYo ..... Slowly return to the starting position, again keeping your core still and moving only your arm. That's one rep. Do 2-3 sets 10 to 12, then repeat on the other side. (source: women's health)
