Trying my best to look serious and focusedπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. Jokes aside, just because it’s the weekend do not lose focus on your goals. .
Weight loss works on what you do on a weekly basis. If you have spent Monday to Friday eating a 1,800 calories per day but then you eat 5,000 on Saturday and then 7,000 on Sunday. You will not lose weight. It’s that simple. If weight loss is your goal it works on calories in vs calories out. The numbers I have given for Saturday and Sunday seem high but that is because people forget the calories the consume through alcohol, juices, milkshakes as fizzy drinks on the weekend.
Enjoy the weekend and eat something you really fancy, savoury and enjoy it. But get a good workout in beforehand and don’t eat everything in sight just because it’s the weekend. Keep focused.πŸ‘Š

So i was just looking at all this after my shift at work today and was thinking, so many people make excuses as to why they break diets. "Oh its so hard to bring food to work" "i work so much all i can eat is fast food" and socmany others. While for those that don't know i do intermittent fasting everyday, a 16 hour fast followed by an 8 hour feast. Well today my whole eating window was well i was at work, did i use that as an excuse to break my diet? No I prepared all my food and planned ahead to bring it all with me to stay on track. Got a pretty good pull session in today, first week of my transition into a bulk and I'm feeling great. Lifting heavier weights feeling more energized and the workouts are so much better. Did a good 20 minute session tonight after work. Even though the video is super fast I slowed the sequence down just a little and focused on a few sore spots in my hips, low back and shoulders.
Of course had some distractions from #thedogrufus and #spiderthekitten of @4cats__1dog.
Teach yoga tomorrow morning at the Y followed by my Next Level Cardio/Stength class.
