Today was an off day for me overall. Didn't feel like working out. Didn't feel happy with the way I looked.
ALSO I put my leggings on and they felt tight. IN MY HEAD I thought "I've gained weight, I skipped working out four days in a row and this is what happens." SO my first step was to text Brett. Not only did she reassure me but she reminded me "YOUR LEGS GROW IN A GOOD WAY WHEN YOU WORKOUT." I love you and you always remind me to think the best of myself. Here's the moral, bad days DO happen, don't give up and don't beat yourself up. Keep going and make sure you have someone or something to lift you up when you are down. You are stronger than your worst days.
