I started this year working through @jimstoppani Top to Bottom Legs program. I have worked out legs twice a week every week since. This one leg deadlift has become my go to warm-up. In January it was body weight only. They activate stabilizer muscles and leave me sore every week. Great lead in to 3x10 deadlifts at 305.

My current supplement stack. The most important one? PROBIOTICS 💪 Stage One preworkout/ Syntha-6 Protein/ Spring Valley Probiotic (50 billion active cultures) / Lucky’s Fish Oil.

I 100% didn’t want to lift for 90 mins much less Tabata after so i went and gave 200%
That sweat under the elliptical was earned😂😂😂... the rest was dripping down my chest and ass !

What is your favorite muscle group to train at the moment?! My favorite at the moment is the back, 2 times a week minimum as I'm doing a push pull leg program since I started 3 years ago. Also could you please let me know my weaknesses so I can focus on them in order to improve? Thank you 🙏
