I haven’t seen one of my trainers in about a month. He said “you lost weight, you look smaller” Hell yeah! I pushed twice as hard during that session, and burned over 600 calories. Although I did wake up this morning feeling like I got hit by a truck 😩. This is a lifestyle for me now. Who doesn’t love a prop now and then 🙋🏻‍♀️? The Circle of Love ❤️ is joining me to put a little zing into footwork. Working both the abductors and adductors while focusing on foot alignment. Spending time in a turned out position is my happy place, and probably a good indicator that I need more work in parallel 😳;hence, the ring is a great tool. Obviously, sped up to fit the flow in. Well, I have to say it took a lot longer to get back on this journey of taking really good care of me.
Having sugar the last few days has literally made me a mess. I will be writing a blog about sugar tomorrow night on my website. You want to read it if,
