Why must we comment on each other's bodies whether it's in person or social media? You've heard and seen it all "too fat", "too thin", "body goals", "thick", "you look so much better" "you look healthier at this weight".....
I think you catch my drift.
How often are you commenting on others bodies? I know I do it, so don't think I'm acting high and mighty. It's a hard habit to break especially when you follow mostly fitness/competitors on social media but I've seen it in person all the time. We never know how what we say makes others feel. And guess what? It's none of my business what you think about my body. PSA...I feel like when I post this stuff people think I've been personally attacked and I haven't, it's all good fam, it's just something I wanted to bring to light. If you want to compliment someone try commenting on things other than someone's body, such as "I love that scarf", "mmm what's that perfume", and "you look so happy lately". If anyone remembers my podcast with @amandabucci last year I touched a bit on this. 💕
So, I want to know are you guilty of this too? Why are we so prone to doing this?👇
