Sunday blues affects us all. My top tips. 1. Try and get everything ready on friday for Monday so you don't have to think about it if you don't want to 2. Make the most of Sunday - get up early and do something. There's nothing worse than waking up at lunchtime and realising you only have half a day. Also getting up earlier helps you to go to bed at a decent time which is important. Lying awake at night knowing you should be asleep can be a source of anxiety. 3. If you do need to work, allocate a time slot and stick to it. Do as much as you can in the time but don't kick yourself if not everything is finished. Any work at the weekend is useful for the rest of the week.
We had another fun filled (though you’d never guess it from Crystal D’Canters face 😡😂) #CKSunday yesterday here at #HalfwaytoHeaven. There were a few special birthdays in attendance (Many happy returns Carol and Fraser!! 🎂🥂🍾💝) See you same time, same place next week (when hopefully we can coax a smile out of Ms D’Canter 😉😁)
