The past 5 months have been the worst news after the worst news. Every appointment I found out something new. The first appt I found out I had cervical cancer. The next appt I had to find out how much cancer. The next appt I had to find out that I needed surgery. The first surgery would be a medical abortion and a cone biopsy. The next surgery (3rd) was another piece of cancer being removed. The 4th surgery was supposed to be an ovarian transposition, but during that surgery the abdominal lymph node removal replaced that bc the cancer spread. The 5th surgery was a cervical sleeve placement, and the other surgeries are related to radiation therapy. During all that time I still had to work, be a mom, take care of my family, be a decent human being, try to love myself and not blame anyone. It’s all been a whirlwind. Very emotional. People tell me if it was them, they would die or that they couldn’t handle it. I’m here to tell you that you can handle ALL things because God never leaves us. HE provides all that we need, as long as we trust HIM. Attitude is everything. I really believe that everything happens for a reason and all of this is for a greater purpose ♥️ we may not understand “why” at the time that we are going through something but I believe it will all make sense someday. Tragic things happen but we can’t be broken unless we allow ourselves to be broken.
