Slow Your Roll, Myofascial Release and Slow Flow Yoga
Take a break from the hustle and bustle for a sweet yoga spa day. Spend a languorous afternoon nourishing and hydrating your body through deep self massage (myofascial release) and delicious Slow Flow Yoga. Pamper yourself from the inside out with this practice that opens stuck joints, softens hard and tight muscle tissue, and frees bound fascia throughout the body. All of this gives you access to greater range of motion, better posture, and fewer aches and pains.
60 minutes of myofascial release followed by 75 minutes of slow flow, finishing with a long and deep savasana complete with hands on loving touch.
All materials provided, but outside tools are more than welcome. Hydrating prior is strongly recommended. .
