What’s for breakfast? A vegan protein mug cake and giant cup of coffee ☺️ Proud of the progress I have made, and ability to maintain. Since last summer I’ve been steady at 118-119 lbs. A total loss of 25 lbs since 2011!!! This is thanks to balancing eating well, keeping everything in moderation, and keeping fit! Also thanks to bread lol. 💜☺️ Have a happy Saturday all.

Picked this apart a bit before taking the photo 😂 whoops 🤷🏼‍♀️ but this breakfast was not only tasty but PACKED with protein!! Protein bread topped with a tablespoon of @peanutbutterco chocolate peanut butter and blueberries on the side 😬 the whole plate came out to 33c , 8f and a whopping 34g of protein!! Happy Saturday fit fam 🌞🌈 it’s been a b e a u tiful day in London, but i’ve spent it at uni learning about immunity & the wrist (YAYYY...). I made these back in the week, they are a healthier take on my favourite cookie of all time ‘Oat & Raisin’. I feel raisins are like marmite - you either like em or you don’t 🤷‍♀️ but if you don’t, then just use chocolate chips instead 😉

So to make 12 cookies i used 100g oats, 100g plain flour, 1 egg, 50g raisins, 70g honey, 1 tsp cinnamon & baking powder, 100-200ml of almond milk (until you get a good cookie consistency), then bake at 190 degrees for 15 - 20 mins until they’re soft & golden 🌞 These have been my go to snack whilst on the go (and i may or may not have eaten them all in 2 days 👀). Please tag me if you make them 😗🧡

This is why I have my athletes and clients track individual macros, especially my bodybuilding and performance athletes. I have some athletes who prefer fats to carbs for energy and to an extent in flexible on that because there are digestive and life factors that play a role. Good stuff from @avatarnutrition

Daim X Oreo take 2 (sorry)... So I didn't actually finish this one... I still have like half the bar in the fridge from Monday and generally felt pretty terrible so didn't force it down 😅. "no way you eat everything".. well occasionally I don't finish it and when that happens I'm honest about it.. so there we go.
So mentally the last week has been interesting to say the least but I've got a sundae lined up for tonight.. not sure how my body will respond currently but I want a treat as since the last 5 days I've cut back on the bowls etc. so peep the story for the new one 😉 -

Also muss schon wirklich sagen, Ich bereue es das ich nicht gleich mehr Gewürze bestellt habe @spice_bar die Sachen die ich bisher probiert habe sind hald wirklich Gaumensex pur😅👌💦 Zum Rezeptchen:
Ihr braucht 300g Hänchenbrust|2 Paprika's farbe wie ihr mögt|200 ml Gemüsebrühe|150g Kräuterfrischkäse|2 rote Zwiebeln|evtl. Kartoffelmehl zum andicken|
Hähnchen waschen,in Streifen schneiden.. anbraten.. Zwiebeln halbieren und ringe schneiden dazugeben. Paprika klein schnippeln ... mit anbraten .. Alles mit der rauchigen Drecksau @spice_bar würzen mit gemüsebrühe ablöschen . Frischkäse einrühren... mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken fertig. 🤗 dazu gabs Reis .
