OK, from my first selfie‘s after workouts. Two now. I was so insecure in so embarrassed about taking pictures before and after’s that is. But I just wouldn’t do it.
but what I’ve learned about taking pictures of my before and after’s now is that I can progress! Progress can be in many forms!
whether it’s mental progress. Understanding that my body is stronger than I give it credit for that I am beautiful on the inside and out. whether I have a saggy skin, jiggly stomach, or thick legs it doesn’t matter, I’m worth getting healthy! that progress is necessary to keep moving forward.
Then there is the physical progress. I love to see my body change it did not change quickly like I thought it would I expected to be a rock solid and I’m still not there yet but I just keep working at it and I love to see the change and I love to see how my family see the change. encourageing others people to make the change to because anyone can do it!
Fear can get in the way of our progress. That’s just human nature. But we can get past that if you have a friend. if you have someone to help you get through those things. You can do it! 🎉I had friends to help me get through my struggles and weight loss as well and for that I am truly grateful! So if you need a friend to help you through your journey, just put an emoji below or message me. I’d love to help you hit your goals and not be afraid of selfies!😘😍👇🙋🏻♀️✔️
