FIVE MONTHS. It took me 5 months of balance and consistency to reach my body fat percentage goal. Could I have done it in half the time? Probably, but I would've set myself up for falling off track hard, again. This time I did it with consistent workouts, eating whole foods, and indulging in my favorite eats a few times a week. Some workouts were awful, occasionally they were amazing but more than anything they were consistent and I was patient. I would go 6 weeks without seeing change then I'd make a lot of progress. Doing it the right way has taken longer but has helped me adjust to this as a life style instead of a season. I'm looking forward to seeing where my body will go from here.
