This is by far the best carpaccio in the city. Crusted AAA beef tenderloin, cured egg yolk, baked capers and parmigiano. Beyond just the most incredible food, this restaurant gave Cal and I such fond memories of sincere Italian hospitality. Can’t wait to visit again; see you next time Daniel!
