I laugh when people tell me the only reason why I have “legs” is because of my genetics 🤦🏻‍♀️ - oh boy.. If they only knew how many reps, sets, and pounding my legs took over the last 7 years of my bodybuilding life. -
I never complained about the work I had to do to work towards what I wanted. I always wanted big legs. 🤷🏻‍♀️Forget what society says (my grandma 👵🏼 said a whole lot about my legs too LOL) go grind and get whats yours #IChoseTheQuadLife 🔥😉.
💪🏽Put in the work, keep your focus, re-motivate yourself when you need it, find out what works for you. My goal being a trainer and a coach to all these women and men, is to assist them in finding their purpose and their why’s. It makes a huge difference in your training when you discover your whys! Ive said it before and I’ll say it again.. WHY ARE YOU DOING WHAT YOU DO? WHY DID YOU SET THESE GOALS FOR YOURSELF? WHO ARE YOU DOING IT FOR? If the answer wasn’t “…for me”, then you have some deep thinking to do💭.
