Today was my first Saturday back teaching my fav Hot Yoga Bootcamp class & it felt SO GOOD! There’s something really powerful when you begin to realize how mentally strong you are while working out.

Today in my Yoga Bootcamp class, I made everyone focus on the mantra “I can” with each exhale. It’s so inspiring to see the power of this mantra going through each person during a really tough workout this morning. But the power of breath & the mind can make anything happen.

I am so excited to be back teaching 🤗🧘‍♀️& now I can enjoy the rest of this beautiful Saturday with my hubs, @luckylippai & Lily 🤱🌞☀️ Happy Saturday loves!

You've heard that before. Sometimes it fills you with that ahhh relief, and sometimes it just triggers your ANGER and irritation. Why me? It's damn hard to be patient. How the hell am I supposed to trust my journey? -

I have days where I'm totally confident in myself, in my healing, in my progress. And I have days where I feel miserable, like the ugliest thing alive, that my skin is getting worse and worse and that I'll never feel OK with how I look. -

Staying patient and trusting your journey is not a job you will be able to do a 100% of your days on earth. You're so allowed to break down, throw every regimen you have out of the window, do the opposite of what you're "supposed to". -

The important thing here I believe is, not let it get your soul. See? Not letting the feeling of failure and hopelessness get into the very essence of you... -

You're so beautiful and brave and competent and compassionate and patient and valuable. Don't... Don't feed the dark thoughts with parts of your heart. Feed them laughter, a good movie, time with friends, kisses from your loved one. You'll be OK, that's a fact! There is no other way. You'll be OK. 💛 -

Benim için tatil demek ekstra efor demek 🙄Tatil demek tatil öncesi mutfakta yoğun bir hazırlık demek. Hatta evdeki malzemelerle uydur uydurabildiğince demek. Ama öyle bir lezzet çıktı ki ortaya uğraştığıma değdi. Adını “tohum kurabiye” koydum. Aslında çıkış noktası kraker yapmak iken varış noktası hem kıtırımsı hem tatlı bir kurabiye oluverdi. ❗️Aman dikkat benden size bir tavsiye. Yapıp, sonra tadına kapılıp çok yemeyin. İçeriği her ne kadar bolca sağlıklı yağ içerse de ekstra kalorili. 2 tane kafi. 🤗

Giving this a try, fresh raw unpasteurised sauerkraut. I have IBS, so I wanted to see if this helped. I have tried Kefir before, but not being good with dairy, I thought this would be a good alternative. The fermentation process produces probiotics, the good bacteria for your gut, which can help IBS symptoms as well as a whole host of other conditions. Mama found out the hard way this morning that I haven't been socialized in pet stores. She took me along to get crickets for my tarantula sister, Arachne. Before I get to wear my vest mama is going to socialize me and give me lots of treats so I learn these are FUN places and not scary ones. -

Happy Saturday!!! This morning I am so grateful that things are pretty relaxed so far. My mom actually vowed to not speak to my dad all day. I wonder how long it’ll last. For my own health and safety I’m praying things are at least a little better. My health is still getting worse and I honestly may go back to a hospital and try to get admitted. It would help me get out of the house and get stronger. The past couple days when things have been worse than usual and my insides have been really acting up and causing me debilitating pain. A lot of people say I’m faking it or I’m just intentionally not eating. That is far from the case. I would love to be able to eat normally again, whatever and whenever, without having anxiety and crippling pain. No matter what I eat or drink nothing sticks, everything causes me pain. And it’s the worst at night. I literally go to bed in tears. I just thank God for giving me the strength to keep enduring the stress and pain. He is my savior. God will keep giving me strength. I need it always. The gut-brain connection is well-researched. While in Alberta I came face to face with my Grandma's ginger snap cookies. These babies are full of sugar, white processed flour and too many of them usually send my tummy turning. But they are also full of homemade Grandma love and remind me of summer camping as a child... So I had 2 (not 20) and felt fine. Because it's all about being balanced, not perfect. This is what mindful eating is all about (rather than mindless eating)⠀
