It’s cauliflower time!
I m not sure if there is national cauliflower day, but there should definitely be ☝️ .
Cauliflower is a great vegetable to cook with. You can roast it, fry it, bake it, you can make cauliflower rice 🍚 which seems to be one of the latest trend in healthy cooking, or even make it into a creamy soup. I probably tried all the 👆🏼and today I want to share with you this pan roasted cauliflower recipe.
💫 judging by the golden color of the cauliflower you can probably guess, I have used some curry, and you would be right!
💫 I used again the Maharajah (Indian Curry) from @seasonalityspices which I have recently started collaborating with. I love this spice and I m working on some new dishes with some other of their spices from around the world. 👉🏻 instead of a heavy cream based sauce, I decided to make a Greek yogurt one. I love the contrast between the sweetness and spiciness of the cauliflower and the acidity of the Greek yogurt (from @traderjoes ). Not a combo you see often, but trust me on this, it’s delicious.
